Q: Are these batteries or adapters are original ones?
A: All our batteries and adapters are replacement, and they are produced by our own factory, and we suggest you find original batteries and adapters at your laptop’s official website.

Q: What’s the difference between original and replacement battery?
A: Replacement batteries can be produced to higher capacity, so it will work longer time, but pls understand that high capacity means it will be more battery cells inside, so as to get more working time, then it will be some bigger than your original, while there is no need to worry about compatibility. Generally, we supply high capacity battery and low capacity battery, if you just need a same one as your original, we suggest you choose low capacity one, such as 4400mah.

Q: What are the details of your warranty policies?
A: All our products have full one year warranty, and you can turn it back for a refund in the first 30 days, but pls understand that if you’d like to turn it back because of your miss wrong order, you must pay the carriage back, and we will only refund the money of the product’s list price. If your battery stopped working in half year, we will change a new one for you and you only need to pay carriage.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes we ship to all over the world with the same carriage as we have noticed at our site.

Q: Where will you dispatch from?
A: Generally, we will dispatch from our HK or Shenzhen warehouse, which mostly depends on the products you ordered, but all orders will be dispatched out in one working day if is available.

Q: Can I go to your local address for a pickup?
A: Sorry our local address will NOT dispatch any goods, and we can only accept online orders and dispatch from different warehouses as your country.

Q: Do I need to pay any fees?
A: Generally, most countries’ customers (US, UK, CA, AU, etc) don’t need to pay any fees or customs, and our carriage has included these fees, but some countries such as Italy, Brazil, etc may charge customs, if you are not sure about if your country will charge customs, we suggest you enquire your local custom depart before placing an order, for we will be NOT in charge of any custom issues, all this hope you can understand.

Q: How many days I need to wait after ordered?
A: Generally, you need to wait about one week or so, but some countries may need to wait longer, pls understand that deliver time mostly depending on your local post office, we will supply a tracking number to all orders, and we suggest you contact your local post office if you can’t get it over 10 days. If you’d like a special order, pls contact us at first.

Q: Can I get some discount if I order many?
A: Yes we will supply discount to orders over 10 products, and pls mail us for a enquiry, and you can get a low price if you’d like to wholesale.

Q: Can I apply for a dropship member?
A: Yes we welcome our customers to be a dropship member, and pls mail us for a application form. Once you become a dropship member, you can sell our batteries all over the world, and we will dispatch for your customers and supply the same products warranty.
